4. Payments
Fees are specified in your service agreement. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Content created by BrandMentions.link for placement on third-party publications becomes the property of the respective publication upon publication. Strategic materials, reports, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of BrandMentions.link.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to promote misleading or deceptive content, or in any way that could damage our reputation or the integrity of our publication network.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific AI recommendation rates, search rankings, or revenue outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
BrandMentions.link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
