BrandMentions.link provides brand mention placement, AI visibility monitoring, and related consulting services for businesses. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are specified in individual client agreements.
3. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Payments
Fees are specified in your service agreement. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Late payments may incur additional charges as set out in your agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Content we create for placement on third-party publications becomes the property of the respective publication upon publication. Strategic materials, reports, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of BrandMentions.link.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to promote misleading or deceptive content, or in any way that could damage our reputation or the integrity of our publication network.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. While we strive for measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific AI recommendation rates, search rankings, or revenue outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
BrandMentions.link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these terms. Engagement terms, including minimum periods and cancellation notice, are set out in your individual service agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
